Ingredients

  • 2- boil potato
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2- cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2- cup chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2- cup chopped onion
  • 1 -cup chopped tomato
  • 1 -chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2tbsp turmeric powder
  • some fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cup chopped french beans

Pav Bhaji Recipe

  1. Take a cooker to add the chopped vegetables usually added in a bhaji that are cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, peas, capsicum, and French Bean and add salt and half glass of water in it and 1/4 teaspoon pav bhaji masala in it.
  2. Put the cooker on the flame and allow it to boil upto 3 whistles.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan on medium heat. When the butter and oil become hot add chopped onion and cook the onions for around 4 to 5 minutes until it turns golden brown in color.
  4. Add the finely chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilli in it and stir it for 1 minute.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes in it and stir it for 4-5 minutes. Until it is completely cooked. Then add 3 /4 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, sauce, and lemon juice in it.
  6. Now mash all the vegetables in the cooker and shift them into the pan and stir it for 1-2 minutes. Now switch off the flame and spread some fresh coriander on bhaji.
  7. If the consistency of Bhaji is very thick you can use water to adjust its consistency.
  8. Toast the Pav or bread by applying ghee or butter on it.
