Although it’s a bliss for all those who have a sweet tooth but I can guarantee the rest of you that you will fall for it once you taste it. Not only is this recipe healthy and full of fruits but also light to eat so you never feel bloated. Fruit Kheer is a delicious dessert to prepare on every occasion or festival. Not just that you can make it whenever you like especially on any fasting day like Janmashtami, Shivratri, etc.

Fruit Kheer Ingredient
- 1 kg full-Fat Milk
- 125 grams Sugar
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 peeled finely chopped Apple
- 1 whole Pomegranate
- 100 grams Black and Green Grapes
- 3-4 Lemon juice
- 8-10 Saffron leaves
- 4-5 Cardamom

Recipe of Fruit Kheer
1.Firstly, take a deep pan, add milk in it. Put the pan on high flame to boil the milk till it is reduced to half.
2. Now remove it from the flame and let it cool down to normal temperature.
3. Now add sugar in it and keep this milk in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4. After 3 hours take out the milk from the fridge and add all the finely chopped fruits in it and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. The most important step of making fruit Kheer is adding lemon juice in it which should be done carefully.
6. For that take 3-4 lemon, squeeze their juice in a bowl make sure that you filter the juice so that no seeds are left in it.
7. Now carefully, start adding the lemon juice in your Fruit Kheer slowly with one hand and keep stirring it continuously with your other hand.
8. Stir it gently for 2-3 minutes until it becomes thick.
9. Now add cardamom and Saffron leaves in it.
10. Keep your Fruit Kheer in the refrigerator again to refrigerate at least one hour.
11. Your delicious and healthy fruit Kheer is ready to eat.
Note :
- On incorporating lemon juice in chilled milk will never curdle the milk. Instead, it adds to the flavor and thickens out the consistency of the milk.
- Do not forget to stir the lemon juice.
- Sugar should be only added when milk is at room temperature, otherwise, the consistency of milk will not remain thick.
- Apple should be finely chopped.
